Violation of this term is subject to an assessment of $25,000 US Dollars for each violation, due immediately on demand from DSSI for unauthorized use of its proprietary marks, copy, playing rules as they pertain to recreational ice hockey, company policies as they pertain to the administration of a recreational ice hockey league, verbiage, or unique terms. Unpaid assessments will be subject to a monthly interest charge of 1.5% on all outstanding balances, as well as any and all reasonable attorney and collection fees.
DSSI will, on occasion, make reference to 3rd party companies on the HNA Web sites.
DSSI does not warrant or guarantee any items mentioned in this web site that are the property or product of another organization or individual.. If you make a purchase or visit a 3rd party web site, please be sure to exercise the normal level of care and judgment before making any purchase(s).
All 3rd party names, proprietary marks, trademarks, service marks and/or any other protected references are the property of the respective organizations, who, in turn, reserve all rights afforded to them under US Copyright and Trademark laws.
HNA's web sites do not collect any information about any visitor. Further, DSSI will not sell, rent, or license a member's mailing address, email address, telephone number or other personal information unless directed to so by judicial or legal authorities.
